Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation | Weekly on Thursdays from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

Deepen your practice through guided instruction, experiential exercises, and open discussion. Each class will offer a blend of foundational teachings on mindfulness principles, followed by guided meditations to cultivate present moment awareness, and conclude with a space to share insights and reflections with fellow participants. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, this welcoming environment provides a supportive space to learn, practice, and integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

Parking: Free garage parking attached to the building (enter off Burnett Ave.)
Directions from Parking Garage: Enter through the sliding door of the parking garage. Head straight and the classrooms are on the right, the auditorium is on the left.
Directions from main entrance: Enter through the doors so that the check-in desk is on your left. Turn right down the hallway. The classrooms will be on your left and the auditorium will be on your right. If the checkout desk is on your right when you enter, turn left down the hallway. The classrooms will be on your left and the auditorium will be on your right.
