25 Live | New Workflow for Room Reservation

The College of Medicine is moving to a new workflow for room reservations to streamline scheduling and improve efficiency.

Effective October 31, the Dean’s Office will no longer process room reservation requests for meetings and special events. Instead, users will submit their requests directly through 25Live, our official university scheduling system. Importantly, this does not have an impact on room scheduling for instructional activity. Classroom assignments are managed by the Office of Curriculum Management and Integration.

What this means for you:

• You will no longer submit a separate request form or work with the Dean’s Office administrative staff to secure a room for a meeting or special event.
• All room requests will be submitted directly into 25Live using the existing “CoM Room Reservation Form” linked below.
• Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the designated room approvers within 25Live. You will receive confirmation directly through the system.

This change eliminates duplicate steps, ensures faster responses, and provides greater transparency in room scheduling. Going forward, please rely on 25Live exclusively for room reservations.
