The College of Medicine is moving to a new workflow for room reservations to streamline scheduling and improve efficiency.
Effective October 31, the Dean’s Office will no longer process room reservation requests for meetings and special events. Instead, users will submit their requests directly through 25Live, our official university scheduling system. Importantly, this does not have an impact on room scheduling for instructional activity. Classroom assignments are managed by the Office of Curriculum Management and Integration.
What this means for you:
This change eliminates duplicate steps, ensures faster responses, and provides greater transparency in room scheduling. Going forward, please rely on 25Live exclusively for room reservations.

25Live is designed for scheduling professionals and functional experts responsible for class and event scheduling, data management, and/or administration tasks.
New Room Request Form
You will see room availability in 25Live. If your room is not available, you can use 25Live’s features to search for an available space given criteria like location and number of people. After the room approvers review your request, you will receive confirmation from 25Live.
For Kresge Auditorium and the CARE/Crawley atrium, you may work directly with UC’s Conferences and Event Services office for event hosting expertise and coordination. You may manage event logistics on your own; you are not obligated to use UC Conferences and Event Services.
