With the back-to-school season upon us, join the John & Carrie Hayden Community Learning Kitchen team virtually for a session on healthy, budget-friendly meal planning and prepping. Whether you are cooking for yourself, a family, or on a tight schedule, this session will provide tools you can implement immediately.
During this hour-long session, we’ll explore key strategies—including live demonstrations—for building a sustainable meal planning and prep routine, so you can nourish yourself with confidence all school year long.
No prior cooking experience is needed for the session, but bring your questions so we can help you tackle any sticking points. Participants will receive a class reminder and a follow-up email with the session link sent the morning of class.
After the session, participants will receive:
A digital collection of relevant recipes and resources to support meal planning and cooking
Access to the class recording so you can revisit the content anytime
