Dr. Jennifer Molano is a neurologist with a specialization in sleep medicine, behavioral neurology, and integrative medicine and an avid advocate for the well-being of physicians and the health care team at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

About the Speaker: Jennifer Rose V. Molano, MD, Professor, The University of Cincinnati (UC) Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine, Osher Affiliated Faculty

Jennifer Rose V. Molano, MD is a Professor with the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine, a 2024 graduate of the Osher Collaborative for Integrative Health Faculty Fellowship Program, and an Osher Center affiliated faculty member. As a neurologist fellowship-trained in sleep medicine and behavioral neurology, her clinical and research focus is on the intersection of sleep and cognition. Dr. Molano also serves as Director of Collaboration and Team Science with the Cincinnati Center for Clinical and Translational Science and Training, supporting teams involved in clinical care and research. She has served on many American Academy of Neurology (AAN) committees and has led well-being efforts at UC, more recently in her current role as the chair of the UC Medical Center Graduate Medical Education Resident Wellness and Wellbeing Committee. She also has been on the New England Journal of Medicine Journal Watch Neurology and the Brain and Life magazine editorial boards, and is passionate about supporting wellness, sleep health and brain health for her patients, her colleagues, and the community
