The Health Professions Future Faculty Conference, hosted by the University of Cincinnati's College of Medicine in collaboration with the College of Allied Health, aims to enhance diversity in academic medicine by supporting underrepresented advanced graduate students, residents, and fellows. The conference is designed to inspire participants to pursue faculty careers in academic medicine, prepare them for the faculty application process, and provide mentorship and networking opportunities.
Through professional development and relationship-building sessions, the conference helps cultivate a pipeline of emerging scientists and clinicians, equipping them for successful academic careers. We encourage those who qualify to apply and take the next step in their journey toward a faculty career at the University of Cincinnati.
