ERC students and 3 faculty went on a trip to visit River View Coal, LLC in Waverly, KY and the GE Appliances Park in Louisville, KY. At River View the group learned about the safety features and gear, then went on an underground tour and a surface tour of the mine, and spoke with leadership, clinicians, and staff to ask questions and learn more about worker safety.
