Meet Your Student Wellness Committee

The mission of the Student Wellness Committee is to offer a system of academic, social, emotional, and psychological support to the students of UCCOM

The SWC takes a two-pronged approach to wellness:

  • Social/wellness activities meant for relaxation, stress-relief, and camaraderie among classmates
  • Advocacy for wellness issues within the curriculum

2025 Midwest Regional Education and Research Center Symposium

The symposium included ERC students and faculty from the University of Cincinnati, University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Kentucky, University of Michigan, and University of Minnesota as well as some industry professionals and ERC advisory board members.

2025 American Association of Occupational Health Nurses Conference

UC ERC trainees, alumni, and faculty attended the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN) Conference focusing on connecting worker health. The conference included workshops, posters, and sessions, some of which featured students and faculty from the UC Occupational Health Nursing (OHN) program.
