You will see a number of pictures of our students at program events, such as defense receptions, student luncheons, recruitment weekend activities, and symposia. We welcome you to ask our graduate students anything you want to know about our program, life as a graduate student, living in Cincinnati or any other question you might have.
On Friday morning, the candidates are welcomed by program and College of Medicine leadership, view data blitz talks by our faculty and students, and a poster session presented by our students. They also tour facilities, enjoying lab demos and lab meetings. The candidates have faculty interviews all afternoon on Friday, and then join our students and faculty for a reception in the evening. For those who would like, our current students also plan social events for applicants on Friday evening.
Saturday morning consists of additional data blitz style talks, as well as opportunities to learn about our program, our campuses, and any other questions applicants might have. The Saturday sessions are followed by an optional luncheon and city tour with our current students.
The candidates have the opportunity to ask questions about the program and the graduate students have the opportunity to socialize with their potential fellow classmates, throughout our recruitment events.
