This series is designed for anyone interested in deepening their daily mindfulness practice or increasing the consistency of making mindfulness a habitual part of their day.
After taking an introductory mindfulness course, many individuals feel motivated to begin or sustain a daily practice. However, maintaining that momentum often requires social support and ongoing education. This 5-week virtual series is designed for individuals who have some mindfulness experience and are looking to deepen their practice and make it a more consistent, integrated part of daily life.
Participants will explore advanced mindfulness techniques, the science of habit formation, and behavior change while refining existing practices.
By building a more consistent practice, individuals can experience enhanced benefits, including reduced stress and reactivity, improved emotional regulation, greater focus and clarity, and deeper connections in relationships and daily interactions. Participants will leave with a stronger foundation for sustaining mindfulness in a way that aligns with their personal goals and lifestyle.
Cost: Registration for this 5-week series is $150 and includes the 5-week virtual course and one-on-one email support from your instructor outside of class time for this evidence-based program.
Payment plans are also available. Email osher.integrative@uc.edu to discuss details.
