It is simply being in nature, connecting with it through our senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Barbara Walker, PhD, and Kelly Lyle, MHA, MS, from the Osher Center are certified INFTA-Certified Forest Therapy Guides and will teach you skills to enhance your experience & well-being, including stronger immune system, lower blood pressure, decreased cortisol levels, improved mood, better sleep, and increase vigor, focus, & energy.
