Prescription Coverage

Prescriptions can be placed through the University Health Services pharmacy or designated pharmacies on campus at a discounted rate. Please contact the pharmacy at 513-556-6091 with assistance in transferring prescriptions or any additional questions.

Utilizing Pharmacy Benefits Outside of UHS:

For in-network pharmacies outside of UHS tier rates (locations listed below), there is a separate $200 Rx deductible then a 20% coinsurance after the deductible has been met.
