As part of their training, our Occupational and Environmental Medicine residents actively participate in UC Health’s Hearing Conservation Program—an initiative designed to prevent workplace-related hearing loss through education, screening, and evidence-based interventions. Through opportunities like this, our residents develop the skills needed to lead prevention efforts and improve worker health in diverse occupational settings.
