The CQI Oversight Committee, established under the college's CQI Policy, is committed to maintaining accreditation standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Chaired by the Executive Vice Dean for the College of Medicine and co-chaired by the Associate Dean for Program Evaluation, CQI, and Accreditation, the committee ensures that CQI activities align with accreditation benchmarks and institutional priorities.

The Associate Dean for Program Evaluation, CQI, and Accreditation plays a critical role in facilitating the CQI process and the development of accreditation action plans. Working closely with stakeholders across the institution, the Associate Dean ensures that key priorities are addressed, deadlines are met, and efforts are coordinated to achieve accreditation goals. As the Faculty Accreditation Lead for the LCME self-study process, the Associate Dean also oversees the detailed preparation required for accreditation reviews.
Administrative support for the committee is provided by the Office for Program Evaluation, CQI, and Accreditation, which organizes and streamlines efforts to maintain and exceed accreditation standards.
Through its structured oversight and collaborative approach, the CQI Oversight Committee plays a vital role in safeguarding the college’s accreditation and fostering an environment of excellence and accountability.
