July 22, 2025 from 6-8 p.m. | Anti-Inflammatory Foods with Mladen Golubic, MD, PhD, FACLM, Medical Director, Osher Center featuring Soba Noodle Bowl with Sesame Ginger Tofu
This class encourages collaboration as participants work together in small groups of six to prepare a marinade, bake tofu, chop vegetables and more. Work together to prepare tofu in a delightful way and eat the rainbow as we discuss plant power in the diet. Plus, welcome Dr. Golubic from UC Osher Center who will present about an anti-inflammatory way of eating.

Registration: Registration is $120 for members, $130 for non-members, and includes a hands-on cooking class and shared meal, followed by a presentation and time for Q&A with Dr. Golubic. This event is open to ages 18+.

Dr. Golubić is Medical Director at the Osher Center for Integrative Health and Professor of Clinical Family and Community Medicine, University of Cincinnati since January 2021. Prior to that, during the past 3 decades, Dr. Golubić has been at the Cleveland Clinic both as scientist and physician. He has served as the Medical Director of the Center for Lifestyle Medicine since 2010 until December 2020. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. He is also Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. His specialty interests include Lifestyle Medicine with particular emphasis on lifestyle therapies for cardiovascular and neurological diseases and lifestyle-related types of cancer. As a Principal Investigator, Dr. Golubić has received grant support from various national organizations for basic science and clinical research.
